How does the app quantify my off-screen time?
The app uses motion sensing in your phone. Rather than relying on app blockers or time limits (which are often ignored), Reclaimwell guides you to putting down your phone so you can be fully present in the moment.
How do I distribute the licenses to my team?
We'll reach out to get a list of team members you'd like to invite. Once we have their emails, they can login to the app and claim their access.
What is the renewal process?
Reclaimwell renews automatically on an annual basis.
Will I still get calls, texts, and notifications when using the app?
Yes! Reclaimwell does not disable any of your phone's functionality. You will still hear it ring or vibrate. We like to say your phone is out of sight but not out of service.
Can I change who is/isn’t on my team throughout the year?
Yes! You can add and remove teammates. Just get in touch with our support team to help you make changes to your licenses.
How do I connect with my team once I download the app?
You will automatically join your team’s “Circle” once you complete the onboarding process to start measuring your team's collective time away from phones.
